Warehouse Operator and Delivery Driver

This position is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations and ensuring timely, safe delivery of goods to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a commercial vehicle to deliver products in Rochester, MN.
  • Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks in a safe manner.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records.
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties, including inventory management, order picking, and organizing stock.
  • Follow all safety and company procedures during warehouse and delivery operations.
  • Be available for weekend on-call duties as scheduled, and an occasional afternoon.

Essential Skills

  • Valid CDL license or ability to obtain one.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of safe loading / unloading procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse inventory systems is a plus.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Dependable, professional, and customer-service oriented.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Rochester, Minnesota.

    The pay range for this position is $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 / yr.
