Type : 9 month contract
Pay : 30-45 / h depending on experience
Location : Boulder, CO
Must-haves
- Active teaching license from the Colorado Department of Education or licensure application in process with endorsement in Early Childhood Special Education as well as Early Childhood Education
- Must meet and maintain requirements for the Large Center Director Qualification as required by
Colorado Department of Human Services Division of Child Care Licensure, including but not
limited to CBI, Health Statement, CPR, 1st Aid, Universal Precautions, and Medications
Administration etc.
Proficiency or bilingual / biliterate in Spanish / English

A client of Insight Global is looking for an Early Childhood Teacher to join their special education department within a school district in the greater Boulder, CO area.
This teacher will be overseeing a classroom of students from ages 3-5 years old.
This job requires a strong understanding of accommodations and strategies for preschool children with special needs, and the ability to differentiate instruction in an inclusive preschool model.
You will use data to plan and implement a developmentally appropriate environment that promotes growth and engage families in the educational planning for preschool children.
You will facilitate learning experiences using the district-approved curriculum and a Data Driven Instruction and Inquiry model, creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
You will also need to develop positive relationships with parents, exhibit a growth mindset through professional learning, and act ethically and professionally.
Lastly, you will supervise students in various settings and enforce safety standards, following state legal requirements and district policies.

The hourly range for this position is $25-$40. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
