Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support elementary school students in Hixson, TN, on a contract basis for the upcoming school year. This role involves working closely with young learners to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, helping students improve communication skills essential for academic success and social interaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for elementary-aged students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress
• Provide direct therapy to students individually or in small groups
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state regulations
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Plan (IEP) development
