Job Title : Commercial Leasing Agent
Location : Greater Atlanta Area (Peachtree Corners)
Education : Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Real Estate License required.

Job Summary : McKinley Homes is seeking a dynamic and experienced Mid-Level Commercial Leasing Agent to join our team in the Greater Atlanta area.
This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and play a key role in landlord representation and lease negotiation processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Landlord Representation : Act as the primary point of contact for property owners, ensuring their interests are represented effectively.
- Lease Negotiation : Negotiate lease terms and conditions, ensuring optimal outcomes for both McKinley Homes and our clients.
- Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research and analysis to determine property values, rental rates, and market trends.
- Property Valuation : Assess property values and provide insights to property owners based on market conditions and asset performance.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and other stakeholders.
- Compliance with Laws and Regulations : Stay updated on commercial real estate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills and Experience :
- 3-7 years of experience in commercial real estate, specifically in leasing and landlord representation.
- Proficiency in property management software (AppFolio preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and commercial real estate databases (e.g., CoStar).
- Strong understanding of lease agreements, property valuation techniques, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Active Real Estate License in the state of Georgia.
Additional Skills (Preferred) :
- Previous management experience in commercial real estate.
- Familiarity with the Greater Atlanta area commercial real estate market.
