SIGN-ON BONUS* LIMITED TIME!
We are excited to announce we are accepting Room Attendant applications for Le Meridien Hotel Arcadia . This brand new 234 room property sits across the street from the iconic Santa Anita racetrack in downtown Arcadia.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to :
Adhere to Pacificas Pure Stay guidelines to ensure the health, safety and comfort of our team members and guests.
Utilize Proper Protective Equipment (PPE) as required and in accordance with property specific guidelines
Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests.
Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.
Clean guest rooms to Company standards including but not limited to making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms completely, wiping down walls, etc.
Clean rooms within the minutes-per-room guideline established by the Executive Housekeeper and General Manager.
Follow Company policy for room amenities.
Turn in all items left in guestroom to manager immediately.
Maintain complete security of master room key. Return the key at the end of shift.
Never leave the property with key.
Report any maintenance items that need immediate attention.
Assist with laundry as needed.
Report any missing / found articles or damage to the Executive Housekeeper.
Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel.
Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of the position at any time
Skills / Abilities / Other Requirements : Basic cleaning skills. Ability to communicate in English with guests, management and fellow team members to their understanding desirable.
Ability to prioritize, organize and make good judgments. Dependable.

Las funciones y responsabilidades esenciales del trabajo incluyen, entre otras, las siguientes :
- Cumplir con las pautas Pure Stay de Pacifica para garantizar la salud, la seguridad y la comodidad de los miembros de nuestro equipo y los huspedes.
- Utilice el equipo de proteccin adecuado (PPE) segn sea necesario y de acuerdo con las pautas especficas de la propiedad.
- Mantener un comportamiento amistoso, alegre y corts en todo momento, mientras brinda un servicio personalizado a los huspedes del hotel.
- Comunicarse de manera eficaz con los invitados y los miembros del equipo.
- Limpiar las habitaciones de los huspedes segn los estndares de la Compaa, que incluyen, entre otros, tender las camas, quitar el polvo, pasar la aspiradora, limpiar los baos por completo, limpiar las paredes, etc.
- Salas limpias dentro de las pautas de minutos por habitacin establecidas por el Ama de Llaves Ejecutivo y el Gerente General.
- Siga la poltica de la empresa sobre las comodidades de la habitacin.
- Entregue todos los artculos que quedan en la habitacin al gerente de inmediato.
- Mantenga la seguridad completa de la llave de la habitacin principal. Devuelva la llave al final del turno.
- Nunca deje la propiedad con llave.
- Informe cualquier elemento de mantenimiento que necesite atencin inmediata.
- Ayude a lavar la ropa segn sea necesario.
- Informe cualquier artculo perdido / encontrado o dao al ama de llaves ejecutiva.
- Brindar asistencia a otros miembros del equipo y departamentos para contribuir al mejor desempeo general del departamento y el hotel.
- Realizar otras tareas asignadas, solicitadas o consideradas necesarias por la gerencia.
La gerencia se reserva la facultad de agregar o cambiar las funciones del puesto en cualquier momento
Habilidades / Habilidades / Otros requisitos : Habilidades bsicas de limpieza. Habilidad para comunicarse en ingls con los huspedes, la gerencia y los miembros del equipo de acuerdo con su comprensin deseable.
Capacidad para priorizar, organizar y emitir buenos juicios. Confiable.
