Role Summary
We are seeking an accomplished leader to drive the growth strategy, manage the P&L, and oversee the overall goals of one of our facilities.
This role is pivotal in ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion high-reliability organization (HRO) principles to achieve clinical excellence and a zero-harm culture.
- Collaborate with physicians to meet patient needs and exceed expectations, and lead the development and implementation of clinical guidelines.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of clinical and operational professionals.
- Foster a culture of excellence, support team members’ development, and ensure they have the resources needed to achieve their full potential.
- Drive top-line growth through increased volume, strategic service line development, and physician recruitment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians and other key stakeholders to support growth and governance.
- Manage the facility’s P&L, ensuring financial controls and reporting are in place.
- Collaborate with corporate departments to implement best practices and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
Qualifications
- Education : A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Experience : Ideally, candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in healthcare and 2+ years in a leadership role. Experience in ASC, outpatient, surgical sites, and multi-site healthcare settings is preferred.
- Skills : Strong leadership abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a track record of driving clinical and operational excellence.
Ability to manage change and build a committed, capable management team.
Compensation
Annual Salary : (140,000 )200,000
