Hiring Department hours : Mon- Fri : 8 AM - 8 PM Sat & Sun 8am-3pm

We currently have 3 locations in Anaheim, Rancho Cucamonga, and Glendale, with plans to grow and add additional locations in So-Cal.

• Must have at least 3 years of employment as a service & repair plumber.
• One of the few large companies in So-Cal not owned by a Bank (private equity)
• Paid training, we are a part of multiple best-practice organizations.
• Our average plumber makes $100,000+ / year, including hourly base pay plus bonuses!

• Every 3 months, We have company events (Top Golf, K1 Speed Racing, Deep Sea Fishing)
• No On-call
• We close at 8 : 00 PM on weekdays and 7 : 00 PM on weekends.

Responsibilities :

• Attend weekly meetings
• Dispatch to jobs, provide estimates, sell plumbing jobs, write out invoices, and collect payment from the customer.
• Able to diagnose and explain plumbing issues with customers and address the problem. Provide multiple options based on the customer's plumbing needs and preferences.
• Regular maintenance of the company's vehicle & equipment; Communicate with management if either needs attention or repair.
• Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Follow all company policies.

Qualifications :

• All candidates are required to have a valid Driver's License
• 3 years of employment as a service & repair plumber.
• Expertise in drain cleaning is a plus; repipes, gas, and tankless repair
• Ability to diagnose & perform plumbing work
