SUMMARY OF POSITION n n : n
n Responsible for providing clinical expertise and establishing standards of nursing practice for the care and management of both pediatric and adult ostomy care and skin and wound management.
Serves as a consultant, educator, clinician and change agent for the staff and patients with ostomies, skin or wound management problems in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. n
n n MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S) : n n
n Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Masters degree in Nursing required. n
n Two (2) years experience in nursing required n
n Successful completion of an accredited school for Enterostomal Therapy or currently enrolled in an accredited school for Enterostomal Therapy with completion within two (2) years of hire required. n
n Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact. n
n n PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S) : n n
