- Coverage : ASAP - 12 / 31 / 2024
- Schedule : Only 8 and 10hr shifts. 2 shifts / week minimum, Shift Duration : 6 : 30a - 3p, 6 : 30a - 5p, 6 : 30a- 7p
- Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio : Care Model
- Case types : CV, Neuro, Thoracic, Vascular, ENT, General, offsite anesthesia, No OB, No PEDS
- No Call
- Patients per shift : 2-7
- Available support staff : CRNA, Anesthesiologist, RNs, Aides, Techs
- This is an academic facility (cases take longer due to training); Candidates with 2yrs experience preferred; CRNAs credentialed for arterial and central lines
- EMR : Epic
- Credentialing timeframe : 60 Days
Requirements :
- Active unrestricted MN License
- Active ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Board Certified
- Vaccination Requirements : Flu
- Full-time coverage is mandatory-no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
- Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
