Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Attorney at DeMartini Walker & Ghaedi LLP. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating agreements, and representing clients in legal proceedings.
The Attorney will handle labor and employment law matters, as well as other areas of law as necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong background and a minimum of three years' experience in real estate litigation
- Experience providing legal advice and conducting research
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide effective solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Admission to the California State Bar
- Experience in Trust, Probate, and Estate Planning law is a plus
