Position Summary :
This role will ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the office. This role will support the work of management and other staff.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
- Front desk : Greeting visitors and answering all inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Use of computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software systems to prepare reports, memos, and documents
- Generates, organizes and binds documents for contractual bids and proposals
- Maintains office supplies by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating demand, placing and expediting orders and verifying receipt
- Maintains proactive contact and provide support to ensure corporate and operational goals are met
- Tracks inbound and outbound deliveries and packages to ensure the prompt arrival of products and documents via email, phone and the internet
- Arranges for travel as necessary for Company personnel
- Manages office calendars and conference room schedules
- Special projects as assigned
