Physical Therapist
- Pay Per Hour Rate : $60-$75, Compensation dependent on experience.*
- Up to $7k Sign On Bonus
- Eligible for Company Vehicle Program
- Flexible Hours based on Case Load

Qualifications :
- Meets the qualifications as established by APTA
- Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Arizona(required upon start date)
- Must hold a Master's (minimum) degree in the field of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
