Anesthesiology opportunity : Findlay, OH Located 45m to Toledo Position Details

  • Care team model with medical direction generally 1 : 3, sometimes 1 : 4
  • Call approximately 1 : 5 which is home call, post call day off
  • Cover mainly 1 Hospital and minimal vacation coverage for 2nd Hospital
  • Practice team includes 7 full-time physicians, 15 full-time CRNAs with several solid PRN CRNAs
  • Care team model with medical direction generally 1 : 3, sometimes 1 : 4
  • Collegial work environment, good administrative support and relationship
  • Nonprofit, independent community hospital with A+ Moody rating in NW Ohio
  • Cardiac, neuro, ortho, general, urology, gynecological surgery, ENT, Low-risk obstetrics ( 1500 deliveries / year)
  • Primary Stroke Center, Level II Special Care Nursery
  • Mayo Clinic Care Network Member

Compensation

  • MGMA 55th percentile plus wRVU production bonus
  • Signing bonus, relocation stipend, student loan reimbursement all negotiable as part of a full compensation package
  • 200 Hours of vacation / CME, 6 major holidays with 48 total hours of holiday pay, sick leave accrual up to 600 hours
