Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates from various online channels
- Assess and screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Complete candidate interviews via phone, video, and in-person
- Prepare shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Present job offers and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Attend external job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify future employee needs
- Serve as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR preferred
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience
- Non-profit or social services industry experience
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Hard-working, organized, and a fast learner
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
