Master Scheduler

Manage numerous and complex schedules and templates for service requested.
Develop positive relationships with leadership and end users to effectively implement requested changes and concerns.
Participate in committees to share recommendations on best practices.
Consult and collaborate with leadership and the technology department to ensure appropriate build in all relevant domains, appropriate access, and determine support needs.
Manage, plan, and implement special projects as assigned.
May complete unit / department-specific duties and expectations as outlined in department documents.
Display above average problem-solving and communication skills.
Function as a self-starter with initiative to pay attention to detail.
Demonstrate follow through on issues.
High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired.
Three (3) years of scheduling, clerical, office, or healthcare related work experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Scheduling experience in a hospital or clinic environment is highly preferred.
Additional license / certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
