We are seeking a FORKLIFT OPERATOR for one of the fastest-growing warehousing and logistics companies in North America, we’re looking for an experienced FORKLIFT OPERATOR.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
- Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
- Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
- Transport raw materials to production workstations
- Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
- Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
- Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
- Performs any other duties assigned by management
Education / Experience / Qualifications :
- Certified Forklift Operator : 1 year (Highly Preferred, but not required)
- Warehouse Experience : 1 year (Highly Preferred, but not required)
- High School diploma or GED Required
- Ability to sit for long periods of time and regularly lift, push, pull, and / or move up to 35 pounds
- Self-motivated, energetic, and not afraid of heights
