Job Details :

• Coverage : Ongoing
• Details : 24 hour STEMI call coverage 7a-7a Sporadic dates need
• Looking for a provider to start as soon as credentialing (2-3 weeks)
• Setting : Inpatient, Call, Emergency Room Level 4 Trauma
• Positions Open : 1
• Required Procedures / Job Duties : Left and right heart caths, coronary angioplasty / stents, balloon pump / impella, transesophael Echo, pacemakers.
• Call : STEMI & General Cardiology
• EMR : EPIC
• Support Staff : Echo Tech, Lab Tech, RN, X-ray Tech, Nuclear Tech
• EMR Required Training : Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.
• EMR Virtual training Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual training must be completed prior to the providers first day.
• Travel Preferences : Preferred Lodging : Preferred hotels; Air Travel : Air Travel - Okay. Please detail any anticipated travel exceptions, for example a dietary restriction necessitating specific lodging situations.

Travel exception requests will be denied if this information is not part of the provider presentation.

• Credentialing Information : 2- 3 weeks
• Credentialing with other facilities? No
• Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less? : Yes

Requirements :

• Active Unrestricted UT License Required
• Board Certified Interventional Cardiology Required
• Active BLS - Required for Credentialing
• Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
• Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date
• Clean Malpractice / background - Highly preferred - case by case
• Must include self inquiry NPDB report at presentation
