We Are Hiring : Registered Nurse (RN) - Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital ICU - .9 FTE (Nights)Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital's Intensive Care Unit is a 16 bed, "blended" unit which includes medical surgical intensive care beds and intermediate care beds.

Schedule Details : 7pm - 7 : 30am, Requires every other weekend rotation, and alternating holidays.What You Will Do : You will perform a range of tasks including performing diagnostic tests, conducting follow-up visits, monitoring patient recovery, and responding to medical emergencies.

In addition to having a highly analytical mindset, our ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities : * Assess, implement and coordinate complex care and interventions* Support a compassionate and therapeutic environment for critically ill patients* Provide comfort and prevent suffering* Identify sudden or subtle changes in a patient's medical condition.

Collaborate with patients, their families, their healthcare providers, and healthcare professionals* Act as patient advocates* Arrange and oversee continuous monitoring and nursing vigilance* Administer pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatmentsWhat You Will Need : * Associate's degree in nursing required, bachelor's preferred* Registered Nurse licensure in State of WI or the ability to obtain* Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association or ability to obtain upon hire* Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification or ability to obtain upon hire* NIHSS Certification or ability to obtain upon hire* CA#LI-JMProHealth Care, one of the largest employers in Waukesha County, offers work that is challenging and rewarding.
