Avivatech and Benchmark Technology Group, two sister divisions of Digital Check Corp. located in Alpharetta, GA, are seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Technology Officer to join its leadership team and oversee the development and implementation of its technology strategy.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the company's technology vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Manage the technology budget and allocate resources to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
• Supervise, mentor, and inspire the technology team, including software development, product management, DevOps, and Technical Support.
• Establish and maintain best practices and standards for software development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Partner with the CIO to ensure the security, reliability, scalability, and performance of the company's technology infrastructure and systems.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and trends and identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence within the technology team and across the organization.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, investors, and board members.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in software development or related technical fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering successful technology products and solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment methodologies and tools.
• Expertise in cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and other emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and empower a diverse and distributed technology team.
• Passion for innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
