Job Details for Repair and Refinishing Specialist :
Monday Friday, 1st shift (Must be flexible for weekends and overtime)
Up to $22 per hour to train
Up to $60,000 annually upon successful completion of training
Job Responsibilities for Repair and Refinishing Specialist :
Cleaning, prepping, painting, and spraying of bath and kitchen fixtures
Refinishing, repairing, and restoring a wide range of surfaces both in residential and commercial environments
Refinishing specialist performs minor or major repairs to cracked or chipped surfaces
Ensures and specializes in customer satisfaction
Job Requirements for Repair and Refinishing Specialist :
High School Diploma or GED
Successful completion of background check
Must possess a valid US drivers license
Occasional travel required for commercial projects

Prior auto body, surface refinishing, specialist, technician, or painting experience is preferred, but not required. Repair, restoration, resurfacing, painting or installation of tile, kitchen, bathtub, shower, or bathroom fixtures is helpful, but not required.
Commercial or residential construction or painting experience is helpful, but not required.
