Technical Writer (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate administrative policies and documentation
- Work with technical staff and business stakeholders to create deliverables and artifacts intended for audiences with various levels of technical knowledge
- Assist management with processes and documentation
- Develop, maintain, and submit documents for CMS regulation compliance
- Create artifacts and supporting documentation and use writing and communication skills to make complex information easier to digest
Skills & Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience with :
- Technical writing experience related to federal compliance documentation, including answering security audit controls in writing and MARS-E documentation requirements
- Dealing effectively with the needs of technical peers, technical and user management, users, vendors, and staff members, and to communicate clearly and effectively in spoken and written form
- Develop, communicate, and present project documentation and reports
- IT security
- Microsoft Office Suite
Education / Certifications :
Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, technical writing, or similar discipline
The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $120,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
