Team Introduction

The North America Monetization Product Strategy & Operations team helps ensure that the US & Canadian advertisers (our clients) are inspired, excited, and empowered to partner with us to build their brands on the TikTok platform.

We are consultative and trusted partners to the Global Business Solutions (GBS) and Product partners, driving revenue by landing products and solutions in the market, through a vertical lens.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience.

This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May / June 2025. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship start dates below : Monday, May 12Monday, May 19Tuesday May 27 (Memorial Day May 26)Monday, June 9Monday, June 23 We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates.

Responsibilities Partner with Vertical PMMs will own the activation strategy & revenue for their assigned vertical. This will be a full-funnel focus.

  • Be focused on revenue & scaled activation and solution selling through Sales enablement.- Be the expert on your vertical & customer needs, with a working understanding of the entire product suite as it relates to your vertical.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive vertical product adoption - Partner closely with the Sales team to deeply understand user pain points, from business requirements, and prioritize solutions to influence the direction of product development- Lead vertical understanding, opportunity assessment, and customer feedback and represent the vertical / market with Product teams.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the broader TikTok ecosystem and competitive landscape to develop strong vertical activations with our solutions

Minimum Qualifications : -Currently pursuing a full-time MBA or related discipline-Driven by revenue and guided by revenue in all decisions-Experience in product marketing or product strategy with advertising products-Significant experience in a specific industry vertical (either as a salesperson, vertical product marketing manager, or another similar role)-Experience partnering with and influencing sales teams and developing go-to-market strategies Preferred QualificationsExperience in Product Marketing with FinServ / Auto and disruptors vertical expertise and upper-funnel brand advertising experience-Strong communication and case-building experience
