D365 Project Manager
As a Project Manager you will serve as the central repository of knowledge, ensuring alignment and collaboration across the functional and technical departments.
Your role involves leading daily meetings, tracking updates, maintaining project plans, budgets, and documentation. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing complex D365 projects, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and acting as a change agent.
Position requires you to manage risks, facilitate issue resolution, and evangelize internal tools and services. Expected to attend project-related meetings, monitor schedules, adhering to change management procedures, and motivating team members.
Furthermore, you lead the change management and communications work stream, proactively addressing obstacles to ensure project success.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree and / or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of D365 F&O / Dynamics implementation experience
- PM of 5+ successful full cycle D365 / Dynamics implementations
- 5+ years of managing large ERP software projects and development teams
- Previous experience in a PM role for a D365 F&O / Dynamics implementation
- Experience with different SDLC project methodologies (such as agile and waterfall)
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage project teams
- Hands on approach, strong analytical and business process design skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience preparing executive presentations and presenting to executive teams.
- This position may be required to travel up to 25%.
