Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager with extensive experience in commercial, ground-up construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale commercial projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all phases of commercial, ground-up construction projects from planning to completion.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and budgets.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, specifically with commercial, ground-up projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- PMP certification is a plus.
