We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager for a 100-year-old, family-owned company that prioritizes its people over profit.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enhancing operational systems to ensure that all products meet customer specifications and achieve the highest levels of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and develop a talented quality team, fostering continuous improvement and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Oversee production planning and supplier development, working closely with both internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and drive process enhancements.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain certifications (e.g., ISO), conduct audits, and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
• Analyze performance data, conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and track progress.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing quality teams within a manufacturing environment, with a strong technical background in quality systems, supplier management, and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with quality standards, such as Six Sigma and ISO 9001.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive, people-centered culture.
