Role - Employment Litigation Associate
- Defending wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage / hour class and representative actions.
- Counseling employers on day-to-day issues such as wage and hour laws, terminations, leaves of absence, and reasonable accommodations
- Drafting employment documents (such as hiring documents, policies / handbooks, and termination documents).
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar
- 3 to 5 Years in practicing Employment Litigation
