Prior experience as general manager, restaurant assistant manager, shift lead, team lead, supervisor, or experience in BOH, FOH and other food service lead roles are highly desirable.
Requirements / Responsibilities Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities may include : * Assumes responsibility of coaching all employees per shift in all departments following job descriptions, policies, and procedures.
- Assumes responsibility for assigning weekly goals to management and assuring their completion, while accomplishing his / her own goals.
- Minimum or two years in leadership role in the restaurant industry.
- Must possess detailed knowledge of front and back of house management.
- Must be fluent in budgeting, ordering, perpetual inventories and tracking, scheduling, interviewing, training, and customer service.
