Full job description- ON SITE

The senior recruiter will report to the director of recruiting and is responsible for assisting with effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Post job openings on various platforms and manage applicant tracking systems.
  • Source and screen candidates through resumes and interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote ROWI's employment opportunities.
  • Any additional duties as assigned by the senior management team.
  • Other Related Skills and Abilities :

  • Ability to manage time effectively and work with minimal supervision.
  • Work effectively within an interdisciplinary team environment.
  • Engage in effective written and verbal communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Possess strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to set priorities and to handle multiple assignments.
  • Basic Education and Experience Required :

  • BA / BS degree from an accredited school preferred.
  • Minimum of (1) years of experience in the mental health field preferred.
  • Minimum of (4) years of Recruiting experience.
  • Knowledge / Competencies :

  • Proficient in basic computer skills.
  • Must be able to demonstrate leadership ability and knowledge
  • Must cope constructively with stressful situations.
  • Must demonstrate tact, initiative, resourcefulness, professional manner,
  • enthusiasm, and non-judgmental attitude.

  • Documents clearly and efficiently.
  • Proficient in social media platforms.
  • Additional Requirements :

  • Must have valid First-Aid & CPR Certifications and a criminal background check.
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : $36.00 - $38.00 per hour
