Responsibilities :
- Supervision of in-home ABA programs
- Supervision and training of RBT and case managers
- School-based consultation
- Parent training and home-based consultation
- Conducting skill-based and functional behavioral assessments
- Developing intervention plans and monitoring client progress
- Maintaining accurate documentation of billable tasks that meet the requirements of funders
- Obtaining authorizations and reauthorizations
Minimum Education or Related Experience :
- BCBA or BCBA-D certification
- Experience providing supervision and training to therapists
- Experience providing parent training
- Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments
- Experience identifying goals for in-home programs for individuals with autism and their family
- Experience in school-based consultation
