ERP System Administrator

As they continue to expand their operations, we are seeking a talented ERP System Administrator with expertise in NetSuite software to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in optimizing their ERP system to support and drive business objectives.

Position Overview : We are looking for an experienced ERP System Administrator with a deep understanding of NetSuite software to oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our ERP system.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing best practices, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

  • Configure, customize, and maintain NetSuite ERP system to support business processes and requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all NetSuite-related inquiries, issues, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend system improvements.
  • Develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and reports to automate processes and streamline operations.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure data security and compliance.
  • Monitor system performance, diagnose technical issues, and implement solutions to optimize system uptime and reliability.
  • Provide training and support to end users to maximize utilization of NetSuite functionality.
  • Stay current with NetSuite updates, patches, and releases, and coordinate system upgrades as needed.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity. Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an ERP System Administrator, with a focus on NetSuite software.
  • Strong understanding of ERP concepts, processes, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and other NetSuite development tools.
  • Experience with data migration, integration, and customization in NetSuite environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • NetSuite Administrator or Developer certification preferred. Benefits :
