Responsibilities :
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Provide counseling and support to students, parents, and staff.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to create safe and supportive learning environments.
- Offer crisis intervention and prevention programs.
- Promote mental health awareness and advocate for student well-being.
Qualifications :
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, families, and school staff.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred.
