Key Responsibilities :
- Perform detailed occupational therapy evaluations.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for students with a variety of needs.
- Provide occupational therapy services in different settings, including individual and group sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and colleagues to enhance student outcomes.
- Actively engage in IEP meetings, offering valuable insights into occupational therapy requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid Maryland license or certification in Occupational Therapy.
- Previous experience with school-aged children is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competence in maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
Additional Information :
- This is a full-time position, requiring 37.5 hours per week.
- Elementary Caseload.
- Pay : $42 / hour
