Full Time 2nd Shift Position for a Warehouse Lead Supervisor who is detail oriented, bilingual with good communication skills, ability to train and uphold policies and processes, proficient with RF capability, and multi task oriented.
This position will handle direct supervision of shift warehouse team and insuring loads are being handled timely, employees supervised , handling floor challenges with loads or equipment issues, assisting with onboarding and training and communicating with operations management on issues and general warehouse team oversight.
The second shift is 2pm to 10 : 30 pm Monday - Friday. Bi-Lingual is recommended with good communication skills and computer proficiency.
