Upselling and Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by recommending additional policies or packages.
Building Client Relationships : Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Learning : Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide the best possible service to clients.
Requirement
Insurance License : Possess an active insurance license for the state of Texas. You do not need a license to apply, we will help you obtain.
Previous Sales Experience : Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
