A company is looking for a Construction Project Coordinator to support multiple Federal projects remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating contractor scheduling, project safety meetings, and training activities
Track delays or contract changes and verify project progress with field personnel
Maintain digital project records and manage essential project deliverables from design to closeout
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with Procore construction project management software is required
Approximately 4 or more years of experience in a construction setting
Proven ability to support multi-million dollar construction projects
Demonstrated proficiency using the MS Office Suite
