Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify areas of improvement and tailor training programs accordingly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure training programs align with our strategic goals.
• Facilitate training sessions, utilizing engaging and effective training methodologies to ensure information retention and practical application.
• Design and update training curriculum, ensuring it remains relevant, effective, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to maximize impact.
• Engage with stakeholders, including management and employees, to gather feedback and continuously improve our training initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the healthcare industry, ensuring our training programs reflect current best practices.
