- Join a team of providers in a rural clinic; be the only pediatrician on staff
- Traditional pediatric position
- See 15 - 18 patients per day
- Share 1 : 4 call schedule with family medicine doctors and mid-levels
- $240k salary range (negotiable depending on experience)
- Up to $100k for a sign-on bonus (plus student loan repayment)
