Registration Representative

A company is looking for a Registration Representative for a .75 FTE Day / Evening position.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately check-in and admit incoming patients, verifying demographic and insurance information

Ensure patient safety through positive identification protocols and obtain necessary consents

Adhere to quality assurance guidelines and productivity standards to meet performance expectations

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree

Basic computer / keyboarding skills and intermediate mathematical competency

Prior experience in desk, appointment, or secretarial roles is preferred

Familiarity with scheduling systems and processes related to patient registration

Experience using an Epic RC / EMR system is preferred
