Must Have Skills / Experience : Inpatient Rehab Hospital

EHR : UDS

Number of Beds : 36

Requirements :

Active Unrestricted TX License

Active BLS, BCLS certification

Years of Experience REQ : 2+ year of Experience

Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
