With at least 2 years of experience in a customer service center, you’ll bring your expertise to a company that values innovation and excellence.
What You’ll Do :
- Exceptional Service : Deliver and maintain exceptional customer service, prioritizing customer requests and concerns.
- Customer Interaction : Engage with customers to understand and address their needs effectively.
- Team Collaboration : Work with a flexible schedule, including rotating shifts and weekends, to ensure team coverage and meet company and customer needs.
What We’re Looking For :
- Experience : 2+ years in a customer service center.
- Education : High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills : Strong understanding of how to deliver and maintain exceptional customer service.
- Location : Must live within the DFW metroplex and be willing to commute to the office regularly.
