Our pediatric clinic in Surprise includes speech, feeding, occupational and physical therapy services.*
- We are searching for a qualified SLP who is interested in working in a pediatric clinic setting for Full Time.*
- Our current hours are Mon-Thurs 8 : 00 - 6 : 00PM and Fridays 8 : 00AM to 5 : 00PM.*

Requirements : *
Education : Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology*
Hold a valid SLP license in the state of Arizona*
Hold a current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card*
Hold current CPR certification*
Maintain Continuing Education requirements, as per AzDHS (speech-hearing-continuing-education)*
General job description : *
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a variety of speech-language disorders*
Administer and interpret evaluations*
Complete quarterly progress reports, as needed*
Collaborate closely with children, families, and other therapy professionals*
