Job Description :
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Step Down Unit.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
- Administer medications and assist with diagnostic tests and clinical procedures.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
- Respond to emergencies and perform life-saving interventions when necessary.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
