We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Capitol Stampings plant located in Milwaukee, WI. We need someone with who can provide exceptional customer service and has a passion for building relationships.

Position Details :

• 8 : 00 am-4 : 00 pm Monday-Friday
• Competitive Pay Rate / based on experience

Key Responsibilities :

• Data entry of diverse information into the system, accounting for credits or discounts, purchase orders and updating customer schedules.
• Respond over the phone or via email to customer inquiries, simple problems, delivery dates, pricing, returns and credits and similar information, within established limits of authority and knowledge.
• Receive and edit customers orders as to completeness of specifications, prices, customers location, etc., for standardized part sales where procedures are established.
• Perform basic inside sales activities which maximize opportunities for increased market share of existing customers or enable the Company to recommend similar applications for new customers.
• Provide support to other departments such as assisting with price estimating and quotations for customers and providing data relative to marketing trends, competitive products, pricing and marketing reports.
• Assist in updating ISO procedures and sales processes for Department as required by Quality Assurance.

Job Qualifications :

• Must have high school / GED or similar. Technical education is a plus.
• Minimum one (1) year of sales, customer service, or related experience in metal manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency using Microsoft office.
• Must be able to perform multiple different tasks within a short time period accurately and without sacrificing customer service.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• ERP / Epicor experience is a plus
