Immediate Opening Live In Caregiver in Barrington Area

Home Helpers is currently seeking a caregiver in the Barrington with at least 1-year of experience for clients with more complex needs.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Companionship
• Personal Care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Light housekeeping
• Meal prep and clean up
• Laundry
• Medication reminders
• Transportation
• Following a plan of care
• Communicate professionally with families and your team

Qualifications :

• Minimum high school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 19 years to apply
• Must be able to pass criminal background checks
• Must be proficient in reading and writing the English language
• Must have 1or more years caregiving experience with an agency or facility
• Valid Drivers License and Auto Insurance, this is a requirement for all of our care giving positions.
• Vehicle with valid insurance and registration (as required)
• Access to email and mobile device
• Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
