Position Overview

Superset Labs seeks a highly motivated Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition, expand existing accounts, and deliver exceptional client experiences. You'll be a key player in demonstrating Union’s value proposition, nurturing relationships, and strategically guiding customers towards success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through targeted prospecting, outreach campaigns, and consultative sales approaches.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospective clients, showcasing Union’s capabilities and aligning them with client needs.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer transitions, maximum platform utilization, and client satisfaction.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
  • Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams, contributing insights that drive product development and marketing strategies.
  • Attach a cover letter to this document that explains how you meet the above criteria and what you could bring to the team.

Qualifications

  • While this is a remote position, we require our employees to be US-Based
  • 2+ years of proven sales or account management experience selling B2B SaaS
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively demonstrate software products and articulate value propositions to varied audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM tools and familiarity with sales performance metrics.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nice to Have

  • Experience or strong familiarity with wellness, events, or education sectors.
  • Background in selling platforms involving livestreaming, video content, or marketing automation.
