About this role :

We are seeking a talented and imaginative Drone Sky Story Designer to contribute their expertise in designing and orchestrating captivating drone light shows. As an integral member of our team, you'll collaborate with skilled professionals to bring imaginative concepts to life through drone displays that astonish and inspire audiences. Your creative flair, combined with your experience in 3D design, will shape unforgettable experiences for our audiences.

As a Drone Sky Story Designer, you’ll be responsible for :

• Ideate and conceptualize innovative 3D drone formations, movements, and visual narratives that transform the sky into a captivating canvas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Production, and Engineering) to generate concept sketches, designs, and pre-flight simulations.
• Design complex, large-scale choreographies and animations for drone fleets, ensuring the designs are visually impactful, safe, and technically viable for execution.
• Lead the creation of complete drone light shows, overseeing the design process from initial story concept to the final, ready-to-fly animation files.
• Demonstrate complete ownership of the creative work, actively contributing innovative ideas to enhance both our show offerings and internal design processes.
• Work with the creative team to expand the capacity for show design and animation by managing and coordinating external creative resources.
