Cardiology Noninvasive physician employment in Connecticut :
A healthcare network in Connecticut is currently seeking a new, licensed Cardiologist to join their growing team as their new Cardiologist.
About the Opportunity :
- Schedule : Monday to Friday - 1 week / month December - March, ongoing
- Hours : 8am to 4 : 30pm
- Call : No callbacks - 24 hour call
- Number of Rooms : 10 Exam rooms (with potential for 2 additional)
- Office Staff : 1 F / T RN (2 filling this position), 6 MA's, 1 Medical Secretary, 1 Scheduling Support person
Responsibilities :
The Cardiologist will treat the following conditions / procedures (high volume of congestive heart failure, atrial fibrillation, coronary artery disease and tachycardia, but see all coronary conditions) :
- Palpitations
- Hyperlipidemia
- Bradycardia / Tachycardia / elevated heart rates
- Syncope / dizziness / LOC
- Atrial Fibrillation
- Atrial Flutter
- Arrhythmia
- TEE's
- Cardioversion's
- Stress Tests
- Echocardiograms
Qualifications :
- Licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut
- Board Eligible / Certified
- Active DEA registration
- MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w / o US residency with current US work visa.
