  • Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship for team members
  • Build Udemy’s technical brand through talks, blog posts, and publications

Take responsibility for autonomously leading major team initiatives

  • Be a technical leader working with partner teams and stakeholders, owning projects, and helping define and set technical direction for projects owned by others
  • Work autonomously, relentlessly prioritize, and collaborate with team members across time zones
  • Advocate for technical quality, effective team processes, and engineering best practices

What you’ll have

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

We understand that not everyone will match each of the above qualifications. However, we also realize that everyone has unique experiences that can add value to our company.
