What you’ll do as a Cell Tower Foreman.

Work with crew to ensure that all construction operations are completed in accordance with customer and industry specifications Ensure safety procedures and PPE is in place and followed at all times by you and your team You and your tema will be responsible for installing state of the art products to customers by exceeding the customer’s expectations.

Ensure highest level of safety and quality control requirements are upheld Installing and upgrading antennas Electronic testing of equipment to inspect the tower’s operation Identifying problems and performing maintenance of network equipment Installation and servicing of wireless equipment in the field Instruct and follow of all OSHA and Company Fall Safety procedures Safely working in ALL environments Show up on time every day, ready to rock and roll Basic use of hand tools and equipment Able to identify hazards associated with the construction industry Work closely with your team and ensure they undersatdn and follow instructions What you’ll need To be 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States for this company Valid Driver's License Additional qualifications Minimum of 1 year prior Foreman experience in the wireless, cell tower industry.

Ability to travel - required Ability to work weekends as needed Able to perform the physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift.

Maintain safe working habits / conditions according to all regulations and policies Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc.
