INTERNSHIP FORMAT

In-Person : The format for this internship will be in-person, where the intern will be required to work on-site at one of our metro-Detroit locations with occasional travel to suppliers.

Some interns may be eligible for housing assistance per company policy.

INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW

• Where : All internships are in the United States . E ven remote work assignments must be completed within the United State s.
• Transportation : Interns are responsible for getting to and from work daily. Stellantis does not provide transportation to interns .

DEPARTMENT DETAILS

In this role you will be part of a team that is instrumental to the company's leadership position in the automotive industry.

Supplier Quality Engineering ensures capable supplier processes in order to guarantee the right quality and quantity of parts, on time, that meet customers' expectations.

Supplier Quality Engineers partner with suppliers to review manufacturing processes, develop quality systems and ensure the highest quality components will be provided for our vehicles.

Supplier Quality Engineers make sure all supplied parts are robust, repeatable and conform to dimensional and performance requirements.

We strive for best-in-class quality and warranty by developing suppliers who provide zero defects and exceed customer expectations.

Supplier Quality Engineers utilize skills to identify and resolve vehicle issues at both Stellantis manufacturing plants and supplier facilities.

Internship projects are available within multiple commodity areas (Body / Exterior, Interior, Chassis, Electrical, Propulsion and ePropulsion), the Supplier Integration Management team, the Process, Methods and Warranty team or within the Supplier Quality Assembly team.
